By creating an account or using Wallefy, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must be authorized to bind your business to these terms.
You may use Wallefy only for lawful purposes. Do not use the service to send spam, deceive customers, or violate any law.
Your customers' data is yours. We act as your processor. See the privacy policy.
Plans bill monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected. Cancel anytime in your account. Refunds are pro-rated to the canceled period for annual plans.
We target 99.9% uptime. Status at status.wallefy.ai. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Wallefy retains all rights to the platform. You retain all rights to your content, your customer data, and your brand.
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your data is exported and deleted within 90 days.
Wallefy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallefy's total liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
We will email you 30 days before material changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
