How much does Wallefy cost?
Plans start at $69 per month and include unlimited wallet cards, unlimited push messages, RFM CRM, and Aura. Grow is $99 per month and adds white-glove setup, paid ad campaign setup, and additional manager seats. Business is $129 per month with multi-location controls and priority support. Is there a contract or lock-in?
No annual contract. Monthly billing. Quarterly and annual billing available at a discount. Cancel anytime and your data exports cleanly. White-glove setup credits roll over if you upgrade plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days. No credit card required. You can launch your first card, capture customers, and send push messages during the trial. White-glove setup on Grow and Business kicks in within the first three days.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Plans pro-rate. Move from Start to Grow to Business as your needs change. Multi-location operators usually start on Business from day one because of the per-location seat controls.

How long does setup take?
Most merchants are live in 4 minutes for a basic stamp card. White-glove setup on Grow and Business gets your full retention program (ad campaigns, signage, automations) running in one afternoon.
Do I need new POS hardware?
No. Wallefy works with the POS you already have, including Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, and Shopify. Customers scan their wallet pass at checkout. Staff redeem in one tap from any device with a browser.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. CSV upload, direct POS sync, or API. Aura scores the imported list and starts segmenting from the first sync. Most operators see their first actionable segment within an hour of import.
What is white-glove setup?
Included on Grow and Business plans. The Wallefy team designs your first card, connects your POS, builds your first three Aura playbooks, and launches your paid ad campaigns. We are on a call with you for the launch.

What does Aura do?
Aura is the segmentation and routing layer. It scores every customer on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value, then routes them into a segment (Champions, Loyal, At Risk, Sleeping, Win-back, and more). It picks the right offer and the right channel and sends it at the right moment. You set the playbook. Aura runs it.
How does the wallet pass actually work?
Customers tap a link or scan a QR. Their phone opens the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet sheet. They tap Add. The pass lives on the lock screen alongside their boarding passes, concert tickets, and gym membership. Every time you push an offer, it lands on the lock screen as a notification. No app to open.
Can I use Wallefy for membership and tiers?
Yes. Stamp cards, cashback, membership tiers, gift cards, referral cards, coupons, and exclusive offers are all supported. See the card types page for examples.
How is customer data handled?
Customer data is yours. Wallefy is SOC 2 in progress, GDPR and CCPA compliant. Wallet passes never expose personally identifiable information on the device, and push messages route through Apple and Google natively. You can export every customer record at any time.
Do you have an API?
Yes. REST API for customer create, segment fetch, push send, and campaign trigger. Server-side tracking endpoint for first-party attribution. Webhooks for events (visit, redemption, win-back). API docs in the help center.

Which POS systems do you integrate with?
Native integrations with Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, and Shopify. Browser-based redemption works with any POS. Custom POS via API. Multi-location consolidation supported on Business plans.
Can you set up my paid ad campaigns?
Yes, on Grow and Business plans. The Wallefy team builds Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns that drive wallet sign-ups, then ties the attribution back into your customer file so you can see ROAS in one place.
Does Wallefy replace my SMS provider?
No. SMS at the retail $0.03 per message is great for transactional (order ready, appointment reminder). Wallefy handles ongoing engagement (offers, winbacks, birthdays) at $0 per message through the wallet. Many operators keep both. Wallefy is the layer SMS does not reach.
Does Wallefy work with my CRM or email tool?
Yes. Native sync to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot. Zapier and Make for everything else. Customer events flow both ways so Aura can pull from your CRM and your CRM can pull from Aura.
